How to connect your Antelope Audio device via Thunderbolt


To connect your Thunderbolt devices to your Windows Computer:



1. Connect the device directly to your Windows computer with Apple certified Thunderbolt cable. If needed - use an Apple certified Thunderbolt adapter.


2. Open "System Menu" with the designated buttons on the front/top of your device. You can find how to access "System Menu" on your device from your device's user manual.

Navigate to "Comm interface" or "Change interface" by rotating Rotary knob on your interface and select the option by pressing the Rotary knob of your interface. 

By rotating the Rotary knob select "Thunderbolt" and save the setting by pressing the Rotary knob.


3. Open the Antelope Launcher and navigate to "System" tab. 


Select Antelope Thunderbolt Driver's latest version (1.5.5) and click the install button.


4. Click here to download VoiceMeeter.


5. Install the software and restart your computer.


6. Open VoiceMeeter and select your "Hardware Out" to be "Antelope Audio Thunderbolt"

Mac OS Thunderbolt Connection and Set up (for Mojave and later). 


These following devices only have a Thunderbolt port and they do not need to have their "Comm interface" changed.:  

 - Zen Q Thunderbolt Synergy Core

 - Galaxy 32 Synergy Core

 - Galaxy 64 Synergy Core

How to connect your Thunderbolt devices to your Mac computer:



1. Connect the device directly to your Windows computer via certified Thunderbolt cable. If needed - use a certified TB adapter.


2. Open "System Menu" with the designated buttons on the front/top of your device. You can find how to access "System Menu" on your device from your device's user manual.


Navigate to "Comm interface" or "Change interface" by turning the Rotary knob on your interface. Select the option by pressing the Rotary knob of your interface. 


Use the Rotary knob and select "Thunderbolt". Save the setting by pressing the Rotary knob.

4. Open Antelope Launcher and navigate to "System" tab.


Select the unified driver's latest version and put a tick on the empty checkbox next to the driver's version. Click the update button in the bottom right corner to install it. 


5. Open "System preferences" on your Mac, navigate to "Security and Privacy" -> "General" tab.

Allow our driver to have access to your Mac. (The file name is "Elektrosfera").

6. Restart your computer and after it boots up, you are good to go.
