How may we help you?

To ensure a smooth transfer of ownership for your Antelope Audio gear, it's important to unregister the device. Follow these simple steps to complete the process:

Standard Method: The Control Panel

    1. Open the Antelope Launcher on your computer.

    2. Sign in using the credentials associated with the ownership of the device.

    3. Locate and open the Control Panel for your Antelope Audio device.

    4. Look for the question mark "?" button, located at the top right corner of the control panel.

    5. Click on the "Administration" button.

    6. The Antelope Audio registration wizard will appear on your screen.

    7. Choose the option to "Unregister Device" or "Unassign features."

Ensure that you select and unregister every feature assigned to the current device.

Alternative Method: Unregistering from the Antelope Launcher

    1. In the Antelope Launcher, click on the "gears" button.

    2. Navigate to the "Features and Ownership" section.

    3. Remove all assigned effects and click the red "Deactivate" button.

Alternative Method 2: Unregistering from the Antelope Audio Website

If you don't have the Antelope Launcher or your device installed, visit the Antelope Audio website.

    1. Log in using your credentials.

    2. Go to "My Account" and access the "My Hardware" tab.

    3. Click on the 3 dots in the top right corner.

    3. Click "abandon device".

Please note: It is crucial to remove all effects assigned to your device. All software is non-transferable and remains associated with your account, rather than the device itself. You can add your desired effects to any new Antelope interface that you register to your account.
