How may we help you?

In the last few days, we've seen a reoccuring issue appearing for Windows 11 and some certain Windows 10 configurations - the device does not appear within the Antelope Launcher, even though it's normally visible and selectable as an Audio Device, and the Manager Server is properly running.

This disables users from being able to access the Control Panel, make changes, updates, assign additional Software content to the device, etc.

After some troubleshooting from the developers, and a couple of tests with different users, we've established that the issue was fixed by uninstalling and reinstalling Ghub (Logitech software).

Some Additional Info:

A process in the Service called Logi_lamparray_service is causing the issue - disabling it through Task Manager (End Task) makes the Antelope interface available in the launcher again.

The process will start automatically, and in order to prevent that, please follow the steps below:

1. Open "Services" through Start Menu.
2. Find Logi_lamparray_service, right click and select properties.
3. In Startup type, select "Manual".
